Now, the workout is 4 SETS X 10 REPS for all the exercises. You can either hold your kettlebell/dumbbells above your head or out in front of you. If you choose to hold them in front of you just know that it’ll work your core muscles more as well as your arms. When doing Around the Worlds (the last exercise) do reps in BOTH directions. That counts as ONE SET. I plan to upload a lot of different exercises and workouts, as well as long form workouts on YouTube. I do read through ALL of my comments and respond back, even if it takes me a couple of days!
