Replying to @kai if I were you, I wouldn’t start a no sugar lifestyle as your New Year’s resolution (and here’s why!) 👀🙈🩷 don’t get me wrong, I LOVE the no-sugar lifestyle, but committing to something like this as a New Year’s goal might not be the best idea. positive habits take time to build, and when we set big, all-or-nothing resolutions, it’s easy to get overwhelmed or feel guilty if we slip up. that’s why I think there’s a better approach to making sustainable, healthy changes—and I’ll explain it all in this video! 🥳 I hope this helps!
