It was a pretty food dupe if you ask me 😋 Recipe and Instructions: Bowl base: choose from lettuce, mixed greens, rice, quinoa, or a mix of two options (i did quinoa) Protein: I cooked chicken on the stovetop with turmeric, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, and black pepper. Veggies: choose any variety you like. I went with air fried or roasted broccoli. Cucumbers, tomatoes, and onions would be good additions. Toppings: store bought red pepper hummus (or use homemade) and homemade tzatziki. Low-fat feta crumbles and avocado. Homemade tzatziki: mix together greek yogurt, lemon juice, shredded cucumber, and dill weed until a dressing like consistency is reached. Lastly I warmed up half of a low carb whole grain pita bread.
