It’s 2025, and let’s be real—whoever said “dad bods” were the goal got it wrong. As a dad myself, there are areas of my body I want to improve. Let’s not settle into the comfort of accepting the so-called dad bod. We deserve better. For me, it’s about being an example—not just for my family but for my community. I want to be the dad that others look at and say, “How does he do it?” Chances are, you want more for yourself, too. Here’s how we redefine the dad bod and take charge: 1️⃣ Know Your Protein Needs: Multiply your goal weight by 1. That number is how many grams of protein you need daily to fuel your workouts, build muscle, and recover stronger. 2️⃣ Hit Your Calorie Goals: Multiply your goal weight by 10 to find your baseline calorie intake. Stick to that number to streamline your progress. 3️⃣ Hydrate Like a Pro: Drink at least 100 ounces of water daily. Hydrated muscles are happy muscles, and this will spark weight loss, muscle growth, and overall energy. Build your own dad bod—not society’s version. Let’s aim for confidence, strength, and being the best example for those who look up to us. If you’re ready to level up and make 2025 your year, drop a comment or send me a DM—I’d love to help you on your journey!
