Yup I’m a mom of 2 girls ages 23 and 20. Married to my husband for 26+ years and loving empty nesting. But we all know those years in between are stressful! Raising kids, building businesses, paying the bills. LIFE! I get it! Fitness and health have always been a priority for me, but going into perimenopause I needed to change how I was moving my body and what I was putting in my body. The rest of your life? That’s when I knew this was it for me because I fell in love with it! It’s why I am the fittest I have ever been in my entire life and maintaining it for the past 2+ years. Lifting, walking, nutrition, repeat! I love how I move and I love what I eat. If you don’t learn to fall in love with the lifestyle it won’t stick. It will require a mindset shift and willingness to embrace the discomfort of change. Eventually you will fall so in love with how you feel, you won’t look back. Pretty soon you realize you have set yourself up for success for the 2nd half of your life. You aren’t just getting by anymore, you are THRIVING and GLOWING!!
