Chicken Stroganoff - a new weekday favorite and must try recipe! It is tough to crack into my top 10 list, but this one has done it… so dang good. The kids didn’t even realize there were mushrooms and just devoured the meal! Ingredients: 1lb Ground Chicken Salt and Pepper 1/2 Onion 5oz Mushrooms 2T Butter 1T Worcestershire 1/2t Red pepper flakes 3T Tomato Paste 12oz Pasta, cooked Sauce: 1C Water 1/2C Sour Cream 2T Flour 2t Chicken Bouillon 1t Paprika 1/2t Salt 1/2 Pepper Melt the butter and add the sliced onion and shrooms. Season with S&P and add the Worcestershire. If you would like, sprinkle in some red pepper flakes. After about 5 minutes, add the ground chicken and a little more S&P. Cook through and then mix in the tomato paste. Combine the sauce ingredients and stir in. Simmer on low for about 20-30 minutes. Cook the pasta til Al dente. Mix in, and season as necessary. Enjoy!
