Cream together on medium-high until light and fluffy, about 2 min, scraping down the bowl and paddle as needed. Turn the mixer to low speed and add the egg. Mix until incorporated, then mix in the vanilla and white vinegar. ā£ 4. Add the flour mixture all at once and mix on low speed until just incorporated, then add the red buttermilk mixture and continue mixing on low speed until uniform.ā£ 6. In another bowl, combine the sugar, oil, eggs, buttermilk, beets, and vanilla mix well.  Add both of the bowls together and combine the mix. You can use 27 or 8 inch cake pan separating the cake batter evenly And tap to get the air bubbles out and then place it right into the oven for 20-25 until itā€™s done. Remove it from the pan immediately and put it in the freezer in the fridge until theyā€™re completely cold. When the cakes are ready frost it with the cream cheese frosting, and enjoy.  Cream cheese frosting 2 8 oz cream cheese at room temperature 1/2 cup butter at room temperature  Teaspoon of vanilla  1 1/2 cups of powdered sugar  In a bowl, add in the cream cheese and the butter and mix until itā€™s combine then add in the rest of the ingredients and mix until itā€™s fluffy and itā€™s ready.  Beet purĆ©e  3 beets  2 cups water  1 tablespoon lemon juice Cut the end of the beats and then peel them . Cut the ends, peel them, put them into a small pot with the 2 cups of water bring to a boil, then simmer for about 30 minutes until for tender allow it to cool down. Put it into a food processor reserving 1/4 of a cup of the peach juice. Blend it, at the 1/4 cup of the beet juice and the tablespoon of lemon.
