Use what you have on hand to make these epic salmon rice bowls! I got the salmon at ALDI for $5.49 and I always just use the veggies I have - edamame, cucumber, carrots, avocado, broccoli, etc. Honey Soy Salmon Ingredients 2lbs Salmon Filets ⅓ cup Honey ⅓ cup Soy Sauce ½ tsp ground Ginger ½ tsp Garlic Powder Instructions 1. In a large mixing bowl or ziplock bag, mix together the honey, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic powder until completely combined. Add the salmon filets to the bowl or bag and toss until coated. Cover the bowl or seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes and up to 4 hours. 2. When ready to cook, preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. 3. Place salmon filets and sauce in a casserole dish, skin side down, and bake for 10-15 minutes or until the internal temperature of the salmon is at least 145 degrees F. 4. Remove and allow to rest 5 minutes before serving. Serve with rice, shredded carrots, edamame, avocado, cucumber, etc.
