Both my pregnancies were great up until the end. I loved all the kicks, all the ultrasounds, all the love of creating them. The end of this pregnancy I made the hard decision of them being my last because we all almost died. At 34 weeks I was diagnosed with severe pre-eclampsia with a blood pressure of 180/120 resulting in an emergency c-section. I had pre-eclampsia with my first pregnancy but this pregnancy towards the end made me realize another one isn't worth the risk of losing my life or future child or my husband losing a wife & my 3 children losing their mother. After being told for 2 years straight that she would “catch up” and “be normal” it’s taken a while to accept the fact that’s just not true.
