Want to know why using your voice (in low tunes) help you manage the transition phase? It’s because the pelvic floor is directly connected to the throat so when you make noises that help loosen and relax the throat, you are in return relaxing the pelvic floor. Remember that when it’s time to push 😉 The toilet is also a great place to hang during transition phase because it allows your pelvic floor to natural release. My recommendation? Listen to your body, surrender, and allow the process to take over! You got this 🤜🏼🤛🏼 Which tip do you plan on using? #pregnancyyogateacher #birthpreparation #prenatalyoga

Are yoga and pilates good for fertility? Here’s our take, from a natural medicine perspective. It really comes down to the “right thing, wrong time” concept…most women who are trying to get (and STAY) pregnant aren’t doing BAD things, they’re just doing things out of the order our body needs it.

I want to teach you how to read the clues from your body to know how your fertility is changing and improving.

I want you to know when you’re ready for certain foods, workouts, or supplements… So you can stop the guessing game and relax into the confidence that comes with knowing exactly what to do for YOUR fertility. #conceivenaturally #conceive #preconception #prenatalyoga #prenatalfitness #unexplainedinfertility #ovulationtest #infertilityjourney #fertilityjourney #babydust #ttccommunity
Wondering why other women are getting pregnant while doing all the things you’re supposed to be avoiding? I get that…and it can be super frustrating, until you understand why. Many women can, in fact, work out all nine months of pregnancy with no negative impact. Some can even (gasp) safely do some cold plunge therapy. Some are eating fast food every other day and get pregnant on their first try with each kid.

But not most. Why not? Because most women struggling to conceive belong in Stages 1-4, and ALL of that other stuff is Stage 5 stuff. Once we clear out your hidden pathogens, calm inflammation, regulate your nervous system, and then supplement any deficiencies you actually have… THEN, and only then, in Stage 5, can women safely engage in intense workouts, add in some extreme temperature therapies, and do all of the other things that were NOT appropriate while you were working through Stages 1-4. Once you have an organized plan to improve your fertility, it all makes sense. Come get that confidence. #conceive #preconception #prenatalnutrition #prenatalyoga #prenatalfitness #unexplainedinfertility #miscarriage #lowprogesterone #eggquality #ovulationtest #cycletracking #infertilityjourney #fertilityjourney #fertilitytea #babydust

✨Here’s some ways you can get intentional with your movement for this first week of the New Year ✨ Be sure to move slowly, breathing through each pose. Allow your breath to guide the pace of your movement. Ask yourself these questions below to release some of the things you want to leave in the last year and begin to cultivate your highest self for #2025 ✨start your practice with focusing your awareness on the exhale /passing of the breath. ✨ask yourself how do I feel physically? How do I feel emotionally? Not in depth, just notice where you’re at. ✨now turn your attention inward and ask what needs to be released? What is no longer serving me? What qualities do I have that are keeping me from my highest self? ✨Now take 3 releasing breaths to symbolize that you are releasing these things and will be safe and okay if you let them go. ✨Now ask what personal qualities you do want to bring into the New Year? (Self-love, patience, grace, confidence) ✨Imagine yourself with these qualities and what it feels like coming from this place. ✨Envision yourself as your best and highest self. What does that look like? What are you doing? Know that you can be that! Feel it with every cell in your body. ✨Finally, when you sit in this feeling, does a word or mantra come to mind? Allow this mantra to be your focus for 2025. + remember that you are creating this mantra to help guide your daily actions to become better. Sending much love and light your way! #amybizalwellness #prenatalyoga #pregnancyyoga #pregnancyyogateacher #yogaforpregnancy #prenatalyogateacher #yogateacher #newyear
