It’s been over a year since my Preventative Mastectomy and reconstruction. Not getting to workout for almost 2 months really made me understand and appreciate the beauty of my health. I decided several months ago there’s nothing I can’t do. Pull ups was one of those things I wanted to master. I have people tell me all the time they can’t do a pull up and wish they could.
