Keep the soaked poha aside. It will fluff up in some time. In another bowl mix the curd, cucumber and salt to taste. Now add poha, grated ginger and coconut. Prepare the tempering by heating ghee in a tadka pan. Add heeng ( optional) , mustard seeds and chilies and let it temper for a minute. Add this tempering over the poha mix with some chopped coriander. Mix well and serve.
