Avena trasnochada (remojada) de berries 🍓🫐 Ingredientes para 1 avena: •1 taza de avena tradicional •1 cucharada de semillas de chía •1 cucharada de miel (yo use agave) •2 cucharadas de yogur griego de proteína de berries @Oikos  •3/4 de taza de leche de su gusto (usé lo que tenía en casa, que era leche de avena, pero tambien pueden usar leche de almendra, leche entera, etc.) •1/4 de taza de berries mixtas congeladas (fresas, arandanos, moras y frambuesas) *Puedes añadir más o menos a tu gusto Toppings: •Berries mixtas (congeladas o frescas) •Granola *entre mas tiempo refrigeres la avena, mas suavecita estara Estan delicosas y super facil de preparar. Usualmente desayuno avena trasnochada 1-2 veces x semana y aveces remplazo mi lonche con ellas. Esta receta de berries mixtas les da un sabor increíble y los contenedores de vidrio las hacen a un mas practico. Berry Overnight Oats 🫐🍓 Ingredients: •1 cup old fashioned oats •1 tbsp chia seeds •1 tbsp honey (I used agave) •2 tbsp @Oikos berry protein greek yogurt •3/4 cup milk of choice ( I used what I had at home which was oatmilk but feel free to use almond milk,whole milk etc) •1/4 cup frozen berry medley (blended) *you can add more or less to your liking  Toppings: •Mixed berries (frozen or fresh) •Granola  *the longer you let the oatmeal sit the softer it will be They are so delicious & so easy to make. I usually have these as a meal replacement for example breakfast or lunch and I have them 1-2 times a week. + these glass containers make them so convenient because they come with its own spoon & separate compartment so the toppings don’t get mushy.
