If you count calories or macros, each one is 420 calories, 22 fat, 47 carbs, 44 protein and 24 grams of fiber. Ingredients: 2 low-carb tortillas (such as Mission or La Banderita) 1/4 cup fat-free refried beans 2 tablespoons Taco Bell sauce, divided 3 ounces lean ground beef taco meat (90% lean or higher) 2 tablespoons nonfat Greek yogurt 1 ounce cheddar cheese, shredded 1/4 cup diced tomatoes 1/4 cup shredded lettuce 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper Optional toppings: pickled jalapeños, cilantro Instructions: Prepare the Base Layer: Preheat your air fryer to 360°F (182°C). In a small bowl, combine 1 tablespoon of Taco Bell sauce with the refried beans. Spread the bean mixture evenly over one of the tortillas. Ingredients: 5 medium chicken breasts  6 roma tomatoes finely chopped 2 tbsp fresh parsley 5 cloves of garlic finely chopped 1/2 large onion 3/4 cup 4 oz. dry white wine 1 tbsp lemon juice 2 tbsp capers 1/2 cup all purpose flour salt and pepper to taste 1/2 cup water or pasta water or chicken broth 80 g butter 4 tbsp olive oil 16 oz. angel hair pasta or bow tie pasta Preparation: Start by prepping the chicken; Use a mallet, a knife or a rolling pin to even out the chicken and make it much thinner. Mix the flour with salt, pepper and cover the chicken breast on both sides shaking off the excess flour. Separate the chicken breasts using parchment or wax paper. Chop the tomatoes, onions, garlic, parsley and set aside. Start cooking the chicken adding 40 g of butter and 2 tbsp of olive oil. When the pan is hot enough cook 2-3 chicken breasts at a time don’t overcrowd the pan. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side. Remove when cooked all the way through. Add more butter and olive oil to the pan, cook the onion in the butter then add the garlic, tomatoes and capers. Deglaze the pan with white wine.  let the wine cook down a little the add 1/2 cup of stock or water. Put back the chicken and simmer for 5 minutes. Add 1tbsp of lemon juice, adjust the seasoning and finish with a touch more butter (optional) and some fresh parsley.
