Place cooked quinoa in a bowl as the base. 2. Add sautéed kale to one side of bowl. 3. Flake the tuna and add it next to the sautéed kale 4. Add sliced avocado. 5. Sprinkle Parmesan for flavor. Optional: Drizzle with lemon juice, olive oil or a light vinaigrette. Enjoy!
