Last 2024 lifting day is a wrap! Started getting back into the groove after being sick. Today was my
#pullday which included
#rackpulls that I superset with shrugs. My accessory work included lat pulldowns, dumbell rows, rear delt dumbell flys, cable curls and planks. Kept it light on my back and will adjust as needed. I'm going to listen to my body and make sure not to push my back to far.
