I wish I would’ve known about this with my first 2 babies 😭 Power pumping is a technique to increase milk supply by rapidly emptying your breasts through frequent, short pumping sessions within a short period of time, essentially mimicking a baby’s “cluster feeding” behavior where they nurse frequently in a short span, signaling the body to produce more milk. HOW TO POWER PUMP: Pump for 20 minutes Rest for 10 minutes Pump for 10 minutes Rest for 10 minutes Pump for 10 more minutes I use the @elvie pump to do my power pumps! So we started these potty conversations when she was about 19 months old, and she even went pee a few times before that, so I would have done earlier, however we kept getting sick at home, and when you start potty training you have to make sure that everyone is healthy, prepared and excited about it (yes, excited about pee and poo haha).
