MACROS AND CALORIES; 8 slices (servings) PER SLICE- 74 calories 2g fat 5g carb 9g protein INGREDIENTS; -1/4 cup flour -1 cup cottage cheese -2 whole eggs -salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning -1/2 cup pizza sauce -3/4 cup Low fat mozzarella Cheese -10 turkey pepperonis INSTRUCTIONS; 1. In a kitchen aid (or mixing bowl) combine flour, cottage cheese, eggs, seasonings and mix 2. once mixed, pour batter on to a pan topped with parchment paper and spread thin into a round crust 3. Cook on 375 for 15mins, then take the crust out and flip it over cooking for another 10mins 4. Once cooked, top with 1/2 cup pizza sauce, mozzarella, and turkey pepperonis. 5. Place back in the over for 10mins until crust becomes firm, cut into 8 slices and enjoy!
