Diabetes-friendly recipes: Soy garlic chicken wings INGREDIENTS: 2 pounds chicken wings (~16 count) 1/4 cup sea salt 1/4 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp whole wheat flour 1/4 tsp black pepper Soy garlic sauce:  1/4 cup soy sauce 1 tsp My Keto Allulose sweetener 1 tsp olive oil 1/2 cup minced garlic INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Season chicken wings with 1/4 cup sea salt, 1/4 tsp baking powder, 1/4 tsp whole wheat flower, 1/4 tsp black pepper and mix together. 2. Bake chicken wings in oven for 10 minutes on each side at 450 degrees F. Take out of oven, then mix together with soy garlic sauce (measurements above). 3. This breakfast sandwich has 40g protein and 10g fiber!  Low fat cottage cheese makes it easy to hit your protein goals and adding ground flax seed to anything will help you reach those important fiber goals!!  Cottage cheese wrap 1 cup cottage cheese 2 Tbsp ground flax seed Seasoning of choice ( I used Everything but bagel seasoning) Blend, spread on baking sheet, bake 375 oven for 30 min or longer depending on how thick it is. Fill with your favorite sandwich filling. Snickers made with dates is a high fiber delicious treat! Dates are a super food with a low glycemic index .
