{{{NEW RECIPE}}} Moh kome buat scones pulak yak, nak sikit buat setengah dari resepi ni ye 😅 Craisins Fluffy Scones  Yield: 20 large  Bahannya: Bahan A 1000g  tepung gandum *** Sila ayak bersama 200g gula halus 2 sudu kecil garam 50g serbuk penaik Bahan B 300g butter sejuk, potong kiub   Bahan C 500g buttermilk  2 biji telur grade A, di pukul  Bahan D 1 cawan craisins atau 200 g kismis, kering dan lain-lain buah-buahan pilihan anda. (Saya guna craisins) Bahan E 3 biji kuning telur dipukul, untuk sapuan + satu sudu kecil buttermilk  Caranya: 1. Panaskan ketuhar kepada 200C / 400 F.  2. Dalam mangkuk adunan, masukkan Bahan A dan campurkan sebati. 3. Tambah Bahan B dan gosokkan dengan menggunakan jari anda sehingga campuran kelihatan seperti serbuk halus. Kemuadian gaul rata. 4. Buat lubang di tengah masukkan Bahan C & D, kemudian masukan cecair dan gabungkan guna senduk kayu. Apabila sebati, keluarkan dari mangkuk letakkannya di atas permukaan kerja (meja) yang telah di tabur sedikit tepung. Adunan doh agak basah pada mulanya, taburkan tepung sedikit demi sedikit kemudian uli pelahan, lipat doh lebih 2-3 kali sehingga ia sebati dan tidak melekat di jari. Rata kan doh kira-kira 2cm. (JANGAN uli kuat sangat nanti scones akan menjadi keras) 5. Ambil acuan pemotong scones bulat berukuran 5 cm (2 inci untuk size kecil & 3 1/2 inci untuk size besar) (tekap pakai gelas air pun boleh) celup ke dalam tepung dan mula tekap adunan jangan pusing, angkat susun dalam dulang pembakar.  6. Sapu dengan Bahan E yang telah dipukul tadi, Bakar selama 18 minit sehingga keemasan di atas permukaan scones.  Siap & selamat mencuba! ☺️ #scones  #linathomasrecipes #fyp #fypmalaysia

COTTAGE CHEESE BLUEBERRY PASTRY TWISTS! - If you love cottage cheese, then you gotta try this combo of wild blueberries meshed in between a better-for-you flakey dough and protein packed cottage cheese. Dunk in your coffee, tea, or enjoy one after dinner for a treat!  Check out @lilsipper's other recipe on lilsipper.com Ingredients: - 2 sheets of puff pastry (I used an organic brand I found at Whole Foods in the freezer section, no weird ingredients) - 1 cup of cottage cheese - 1 cup of frozen *wild* blueberries (must be wild, they are smaller and have 10x more flavor + antioxidants) - 1 Tbsp of grass-fed beef gelatin - 1 egg Method: First, make your blueberry jam by heating frozen blueberries in a saucepan (do not add water). Once they reduce, add gelatin and simmer while stirring for 1 minute. Remove from heat and pour into a bowl and refrigerate while you prepare the rest. Preheat oven to 375 F and place one puff pastry sheet on top of a lined baking sheet. Spread out your cottage cheese on top of the pastry sheet, then layer with chilled blueberry sauce. Cover with he other pastry sheet, slice, twist, then brush with an egg wash. Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes or until you see them brown and puffed. (Recipe below) These were gone in 1 day!! 🫐These are hands down the easiest & tastiest blueberry scones I’ve ever had! SAVE this recipe - trust me! •••••• Ingredients: 2 3/4 cup All Purpose Flour 1/3 cup sugar 1 tbsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 3/4 tsp salt  3/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries (I used frozen wild blueberries) 1/2 cup FROZEN unsalted butter - *can use chilled, see below 1 cup buttermilk, cold Heavy cream for topping Optional: course sugar  Powdered Sugar Glaze: 1 cup powdered sugar 2 tbsp milk 1 tsp vanilla extract •••••• Instructions: 1. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda & salt. 2. Grate your frozen stick of butter with a cheese grater. *Or if it is not frozen, cut into small cubes, just make sure it is cold. 3. Add butter to the flour mixture and mix with your hands or a pastry blender. The mixture should look like course crumbs. 4. Gently fold in your blueberries. 5. In a separate bowl, whisk together buttermilk and vanilla and gradually add it to the flour mixture. Stir just until the dough comes together. *you may not need all of the buttermilk if it starts to look too wet. 6. Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and carefully knead 4-5 times. Pat the dough into a circle. 7. Cut the circle into 8 triangles with a knife or scraper. 8. Add to a greased or lined pan. (The scones need to be cold when they go into the oven, so freeze them for a few minutes if needed) 9. Brush the scones with a little bit of heavy cream or milk, and top with course sugar. 10.
