I’m so emo rn 😭 I pushed my feelings aside all week and I feel they are all crashing down on me like a ton of bricks now that it’s actually here and happening 🥹 will still stay hopeful though!! anyways here is the recipe to screen shot incase tiktok is gone by 8:30 1/2 cup organic oats (no glyphosates!!) 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds 7 medjool dates (blend in food processor) add to bowl then add 1 truvani mint chocolate packet (or plain chocolate if you prefer), a little less than 1/2 cup ground flaxseeds, 1/2 cup almond butter, 4 tbsp maple syrup, 2 tbsp water, pinch of sea salt *optional add 1 tsp peppermint extract & chocolate chips) OG recipe is on my IG highlight cycle/hormones 🫶🏼 If you’re seeing this I hope to see you there 💞 Thank you everyone who has followed me, liked my videos, saved them, commented on my videos, and messaged me personally (even if you’re a silent follower I appreciate you sm).
