How to seed cycle: PHASE 1: Day 1 of cycle (first day of bleed) until ovulation - take 1tbsp ground raw flax seed and 1tbsp ground raw pumpkin seed. (About 14 days usually) PHASE 2: ovulation until end of cycle- then at ovulation switch to 1tbsp ground raw sesame seeds and 1tbsp ground raw sunflower seeds up until you start your period and you switch back.  Sea salt chocolate covered pistachio seed cycling bars:  - 1/2 cup rolled oats -1/2 cup dark chocolate chips -14 TBSP ground sesame seed -14 TBSP ground sunflower seed -1 cup chocolate protein powder -2TBSP special dark cacao powder - 1/2 cup pistachios -1/4 cup honey -1/4 cup almond milk 1. Add oats to food processor and lightly chop. 2. Add rest of ingredients except chocolate chips and blend until completely mixed. Should be crumbly but sticks together when pressed. 3. Add to a parchment lined pan and pressed flat. 4. Melt chocolate chips (optional 1tbsp coconut oil) and drizzle over top  4. Top with sea salt. Can add more pistachios and I added bee pollen too! 5.
