How to seed cycle: PHASE 1: Day 1 of cycle (first day of bleed) until ovulation - take 1tbsp ground raw flax seed and 1tbsp ground raw pumpkin seed. (About 14 days usually) PHASE 2: ovulation until end of cycle- then at ovulation switch to 1tbsp ground raw sesame seeds and 1tbsp ground raw sunflower seeds up until you start your period and you switch back.  Sea salt chocolate covered pistachio seed cycling bars:  - 1/2 cup rolled oats -1/2 cup dark chocolate chips -14 TBSP ground sesame seed -14 TBSP ground sunflower seed -1 cup chocolate protein powder -2TBSP special dark cacao powder - 1/2 cup pistachios -1/4 cup honey -1/4 cup almond milk 1. Add oats to food processor and lightly chop. 2. Add rest of ingredients except chocolate chips and blend until completely mixed. Should be crumbly but sticks together when pressed. 3. Add to a parchment lined pan and pressed flat. 4. Melt chocolate chips (optional 1tbsp coconut oil) and drizzle over top  4. Top with sea salt. Can add more pistachios and I added bee pollen too! 5. LUTEAL PHASE CHOCOLATE CAKE Nothing quit like those Luteal phase cravings😅 slow burning carbohydrates like sweet potatoes are great to eat during this phase of our cycle to help curb cravings!🍠  Recipe: -1 cup mashed sweet potato (about 1 large potato or 2 medium potatoes) -1 cup nut butter, I used almond butter -2 eggs -1 tbsp coconut oil (or avocado/olive oil) -2 tbsp maple syrup -2 tsp vanilla -1/2 cup cacao or cocoa powder -1 tsp baking soda  -handful of chocolate chips (optional) Ganache Topping  -1 cup chocolate chips -1/3 cup coconut cream or milk (cream makes it thicker/creamier if you can find some at your store) How to: -preheat oven to 350F -wash and pierce sweet potatoes with a knife -place potatoes on baking sheet and bake for 50-55min or until potatoes are very soft and baked all the way through -after potatoes are done cooking carefully peel skin off -into a big bowl add mashed potato, almond butter, eggs, oil, vanilla, and maple syrup, stir well to combine -then mix in cacao powder, baking soda, and chocolate chips -line a 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper and evenly pour and spread mixture into dish -bake cake on 350F for 23-25min or until a toothpick comes out clean -remove cake from oven and let cool for a few minutes  -for the ganache topping, heat the chocolate chips and coconut cream in a double boiler over low-medium heat, stirring every few minutes -once ganache is ready, quickly pour over cake and spread evenly  -enjoy cake right away and store leftovers in an airtight container in fridge up to 4 days, enjoy! #lutealphase #cyclesyncing #cyclesyncingmethod #luteal #sweetpotato #sweetpotatocake #healthyrecipes #chocolatecake #pms #menstrualpase #womenshealth #holistichealth #healthandwellness

MENSTRUALPHASE CREAMY KALE SALAD🥗  This salad is packed with ingredients to help support our hormones during our period! I like to include leafy greens like kale or spinach to help replenish iron and healthy fats to help with energy loss due to hormone levels being at their lowest.  If you want to meal prep this salad, massage the kale with 1 tsp olive oil or lemon juice and store in an air tight container. Store the dressing in a separate container or jar and add the dressing and avocado to kale when ready to eat.  Dressing Recipe: -1/4 cup olive oil  -1/4 cup tahini  -3 tbsp lemon juice -2 tsp honey -2 tsp dijon mustard -salt and pepper to taste -1/2 cup water (add more depending on how thick you want the dressing) Salad Recipe: -1 tsp olive oil or lemon juice for massaging -1/2 bag kale  -1/4 cup pumpkin seeds -1/4 cup sunflower seeds -1 large avocado, cubed How to: -add a few handfuls of kale to large bowl and coat with 1tsp olive oil or lemon juice or both, massage until kale becomes softened, put aside -add all dressing ingredients to a bowl and mix until well combined -add pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds to a food processor and pulse until light grounded (don’t over blend or they will turn into a powder) -slice and cube avocado and add it to salad along with the dressing and nuts + seed mixture  -enjoy! #menstrual #cyclesyncing #cyclesyncingmethod #periodtips #hormonesupport #hormonehealth #kalesalad #mealprep #healthyrecipes #easyhealthyrecipes #glutenfreerecipes #dairyfree

Raspberry leaf and nettle, two of my favorite herbs of all time 🌱  These two make a wonderful infusion for some extra nourishment during your menstrual phase!  Use about 1/4 cups of herb and cover with about 32 oz of water that has been brought just to a boil. Cover and steep for about 8 hours.
