🎡 ✨When life feels like a balancing act, enter the Wellness Wheel.✨🎡 📖✍🏾Balancing it all. Working a physically draining job, working towards being a full time creator and balancing college as a neurodivergent girly is wild to say the least. So, I took a step back and used my trusty Wellness Wheel to figure out where I’m thriving and where I need some TLC. @chegg is not only my study buddy, it helps me save my down time! I would rather be doing one of my hobbies versus stressing in line with my groceries. The Wellness Wheel breaks life into domains. There are different domains in different types of wheels but mine had: 1️⃣ Physical Wellness: Taking care of your body with exercise, sleep, and good nutrition. 2️⃣ Recreational Wellness: Hobbies, fun, down time 3️⃣ Social Wellness: Supportive relationships and feeling connected 4️⃣ Intellectual Wellness: Staying curious, learning, and engaging your mind. 5️⃣ Spiritual Wellness: Finding meaning, purpose, and practicing gratitude. 6️⃣ Financial Wellness: Budgeting, managing expenses, and feeling secure about money. 7️⃣ Occupational Wellness: Having satisfaction and balance in your work 8️⃣ Environmental Wellness: Living in a space that feels safe, clean, and inspiring. After looking at my wheel, let’s just say some areas need a little work. But the good thing is, it’s all a work in progress.
