✨Your reminder that little progress over time is still progress.✨ Showing up for a little bit each day is better than not showing up at all. // My relationship with the gym has been a roller coaster over the past few years; I may take off for a month or two due to life circumstances, but I always find my way back. *my goal for this year is to establish a consistent schedule again & rediscover my passion and confidence within the gym. // My relationship with food has always been a mess, from starving myself, to binge eating, to eating out a lot, to meal prepping, to consuming tons of sugars, liquor, sweet treats, and just overall unhealthy food & habits. *my goal this year is to focus on fueling my body with what it actually needs and that doesn’t necessarily mean dieting, but just focusing on quality more. // It may not be easy, but it won’t always be so hard either.
