✨ Here’s how I frame things when I don’t want to do anything: Normally, I work out for 20–30 minutes. But when I’m really not feeling it, I give myself permission to scale it back. 💕 Some days, it’s a 15-minuter. Some days, it’s a 10-minuter. And that’s OK. I remind myself: ✨ I’m still showing up. ✨ I’m honoring my body and what it needs today. ✨ I don’t need to overwhelm myself to make progress. On those cold, unmotivated days, I let myself go slow, move how I feel, and lean into the season I’m in. 🧘♀️ This is how you start to honor your body. This is how you show gratitude for the work you can do—even if it looks different from yesterday. 💖 Big sis reminder: It’s not about perfection. It’s about consistency and kindness toward yourself. We’re doing the work, even on the tough days. And that’s something to be proud of. What’s your go-to move when you’re short on time? Drop it in the comments!
