Replying to @Mimi Koe Recipe: - 2 tablespoons gochujang - 2 tablespoons Korean red pepper (use less if you want it less spicy) - 1 tablespoon honey - 1/2 tablespoon sugar - 1 to 2 tablespoons minced garlic - 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce - 1 small pack of tteokbokki rice cake - 1 cup water for rice cakes - 2 boiled eggs - 1/4 cup mozarella cheese, shredded - 3 tablespoons green onion, garnish - 1/2 tsp sesame seeds, garnish 1. Boiled eggs until done (about 8 mins) 2. Add in water and pour in rice cakes, let it simmer for about 5-6 mins or until softened. Leave water in there. 3. While those cook, make sauce. Mix together: honey, soy sauce, gochujang, Korean red pepper, garlic, sugar. Set to side. 4. Once rice cakes soften up, immediately pour in sauce and stir until combined. Let simmer until sauce thickens up with rice cakes. Mix occasionally. 5. Add in imitation crab and mix gently so the crab does not break apart. Let simmer for 1-2 mins. Remove crab and serve aside. 5. After removing crab, add in mozzarella cheese and turn off heat. 6. Transfer rice cakes and sauce to plate, top off with more cheese, add the cooked imitation crab on plate, and peeled cut eggs. 7. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
