Just seeing how my body has changed so much in the past 7 years from life, depression, stress, anxiety, and medication is fricken wild to me. I'm glad that I started my "weight loss journey" back up again back at the end of July 2024 because I needed to get my shit together. Y'all can just call me the Michelin Man now. πŸ˜…πŸ€£πŸ˜‚ So glad I finally got the chance to go get my first ever DEXA Scan at @bodyspec because I wouldn't have ever known my exact body stats. I love that not only can I see the most accurate stats with a margin of error of 1% to 2% but I love that they also give you your resting metabolic calories, which is something that's needed to know how much to intake to maintain or lose weight. If you are wanting to know more about your body and start your weight-loss journey or even lifestyle change I 10/10 recommend going to get a DEXA scan. I put a refferal link in my bio links in case anyone wants to check them out. They are all over the country definitely consider checking them out.
