RECIPE: Chicken Stir Fry 🥦🧅🫑 Servings: 3-4 Ingredients: 1 lb chicken breast 1/2 cup stir fry sauce 3 tbsp soy sauce 1 cup mushrooms, chopped 1 red bell pepper, chopped 1/2 yellow onion, chopped 1/2 lb broccoli, chopped 3 cloves garlic, minced 3 tbsp neutral oil 2 tbsp cornstarch Salt and pepper, to taste Toasted sesame seeds, for topping Instructions: 1. Chop chicken into small, thin pieces. Add to a large bowl and season with salt and pepper. Mix in cornstarch. 2. Heat a large pan on medium heat and add the oil. Once hot, add in the chicken evenly spaced out on the pan. Let cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally to cook evenly. 3. Chop your vegetables and add in all of them. Stir around. Stir until gently simmering. Then add cornstarch mixture, Stir until thickened, set aside. -Heat a large skillet over med-high heat and spray with olive oil spray. -Add minced garlic cook until fragrant then add chicken pieces then season with salt and pepper and cook for 6-8 min, until golden brown. (set chicken aside once cooked) -In the same pan, re-spray if needed. Add carrots, asparagus, and onion. Stir-fry for 2-3 min. -Add cooked Chinese noodles to the pan. Add ¼ cup of water to loosen them up. Gently separate them if they’re stuck together. Stir-fry for 2-3 min until they’re heated through. -Return cooked chicken to the pan. -Pour sauce over the noodle mixture. -Toss everything together and cook for 2-3 minutes, until evenly coated. Easy Beef & Broccoli Recipe 🥡🥦✨🥩  Ingredients: * 1lb flank steak * 1 (12oz) bag of broccoli florets * 2 tbsp avocado oil (divided) * 3 garlic cloves, minced * 1/2 cup hot water  * 1/3 cup low-sodium soy sauce * 1/4 cup hoisin sauce * 2 tbsp brown sugar  * 1 1/2 tbsp corn starch  * 2 tbsp sesame oil  * 1/4 tsp black pepper Combine all stir fry sauce ingredients in a bowl, stir well, and set aside - In a large pan, over medium heat, add 1 tbsp avocado oil. Add broccoli and sauté 4-5 mins. Partially cover lid (stirring a few times). Add 2 tbsp water for softer broccoli - Remove broccoli, add 1tbsp avocado oil, add beef, and cook all the way through on medium-high heat - Add sauce, reduce heat, and simmer 3-4 mins. Ok guys it’s giving I SWEAR!! Such an easy weeknight dinner! Chicken and Broccoli🥦 Stir Fry 🤤 Chicken Breast Avocado Oil Broccoli Onions— Sliced Mushrooms— Sliced Salt Pepper 2c Soy Sauce 1c Chicken Broth 2 tbsp Sesame Oil 2 tbsp Light Brown Sugar 2tbsp Corn Starch Ginger Minced Garlic Black Pepper Salt Cut up your mushrooms, onions and broccoli (make sure to rinse both the mushrooms and broccoli) and set aside.  Combine all of the sauce ingredients in a bowl and whisk to dissolve sugar and cornstarch. If your chicken broth was in the fridge, heat it up a little because it will dissolve easier! Cut chicken into chunks and season with salt and pepper. Heat a skillet or wok over medium heat (I love my wok 🥹) and add some oil. Add chicken in a single layer and let sit for a minute or 2 and then stir fry for another few minutes until golden brown and cooked through (chicken is cooked when its internal temp reaches 165!). Transfer to a plate/bowl and cover. In the same wok, add more oil and then the broccoli, onion and mushrooms. Stir fry until the mushrooms and broccoli are softened and then reduce the heat. Stir the sauce again to make sure no clumps formed, and then pour it all over the veggies. Simmer until the sauce is thickened and then return the chicken to the pan and stir again until heated through. Taste and add more soy sauce and anything else if needed!
