I linked my Substack. I’ll be there every day giving you ways to keep our heads up and stay focused! Hope to see you there 🩵 #ttban #tiktokban #tension #tensionheadache #tensionheadacherelief #shoulderpainrelief #stayconnected #feelbetterselfcare

Do you get tension headaches? Try these for some #relief (Details below): 1) Triggerpoint Mid Traps (1 minute each side) Using anything from a softball to a baseball or lacrosse ball, place the ball between your spine and shoulder blade on 1 side of your upper back. Hug yourself, and roll in a zig-zag motion from the top of your shoulderblade down to the bottom. Spend more time on the tender spots 2) Foam Roll Lats (1 minute each side) Lift hips off the ground and roll from your armpit down to the bottom of your rib cage, and back. Lean forward and backward to find tender areas. Spend more time on the tender spots 3) Lat Stretch (30 seconds each side) Holding onto a door frame or bar with one hand, hang your hips back until your arm is next to your ear. push your torso towards the arm that's holding on. Look for a stretch in your armpit and down your side. 4) Shoulder Pin Neck Stretch (30 seconds each side) Squat slightly and plant your shoulder on the wall firmly. Straighten your legs so it feels like your arm and shoulder are being pulled downward. Look up and away from the wall, and you should feel a stretch in the front and side of your neck. Complete this sequence 1-2x daily for 2 weeks. Follow for more! Unfortunately, we cant help much if you didn't apply sunscreen 🤷‍♂️ Thanks @SkinCareGem for the great infographic! #Headaches #TensionHeadaches #TensionHeadacheExercises #TensionHeadacheRelief #ReliefApp #HeadacheExercises #NeckPain #MoveWell #PainFree #Stretching #ActiveRecovery #WorkoutInstruction #FitnessInstruction
