This tasty, one-sauce meal couldn’t be easier! This Teriyaki Salmon is simple yet delicious, perfect for a quick dinner and lunch the next day. Give it a try!  Ingredients: 	•	2 pieces of salmon 	•	½ lemon 	•	1 small cucumber 	•	Daisho Teriyaki Sauce from Costco (deliciously balanced sweet and savory flavor, very similar to the authentic taste I had in Japan) Instructions: 	1.	Pat the salmon dry to ensure a good sear. 	2.	Heat a pan with some oil. Add the salmon and cook until both sides are golden brown. 	3.	Pour in the Daisho Teriyaki Sauce and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes. 	4.	Optional: Squeeze half a lemon over the salmon just before it’s done for an extra citrusy kick. 5. Optional: sprinkle sesame seeds and sliced scallions for added flavor and texture  	6.
