Have a Shiner Beer at the Oldest Brewery in Texas 🍻 you need K. Spoetzl Brewery & Distillery 👏🏼 We all know Shiner is a Texas beer, but did you know it was named after the Texas town it was created in?? Shiner Brewery has been in Shiner, TX since 1914. And it even secretly brewed beer during the prohibition and at one point was the only brewery in Texas ran and owned by a woman. And many people don’t know that during Covid they also started making Liqour 🥃 and have a distillery where you can sample all of them in the original 100 year old brewery now called the speakeasy 🖤 They make Vodka, Gin, Whiskey, Moonshine, and will be releasing Bourbon this summer. But the brewery side is massive and you first start your tour at the bar to grab a beer, then go on your tour of the factory. I love touring breweries and distilleries but this was the most over the top one I’ve been on! Cause there’s serious production value. The tour shows you the whole factory of course but there are also multiple stops to watch videos and they have amazing memorabilia all over the tour 😍 Like custom cars and bikes made by famous companies like Gas Monkey, to art pieces made by local artists, and even a secret bar called the Honkey Tonk that houses all the old packaging and branding from decades pasts and old Shiner concert posters. Plus there is a bar and taproom on site (they do limit you), a BBQ restaurant, a gift shop, and they have events like Czech Fest on property during the summer season. This is like Disneyland for Texans who like drinking 😂 and it should be on your Texas Bucketlist! This is 4 hours away, in between San Antonio and Houston in 📍Shiner, TX ✨
