Luxury spa experience under €200 for ENTIRE DAY 🤯Best spa I’ve ever been to in MY LIFE🤤Save & share with the person you want to go to this hidden gem 💎 in Austria with 🇦🇹 I got to experience 4 different saunas (including an ice room with Frazier fir trees that smelled like Christmas), 2 outdoor pools, a jacuzzi, and 4 indoor pools, with breakfast and lunch included as well as the most relaxing massage 💆🏼♀️ At Ebner’s Waldhof Spa, they have a variety of saunas, each offering a unique experience. I even did a guided one that was nude but the American in me got nervous and I wore a towel 😅 Here are some commonly found types of saunas in wellness resorts like this one: 1. **Finnish Sauna**: A traditional sauna that uses dry heat, typically ranging from 70°C to 100°C (158°F to 212°F). It’s known for its health benefits and relaxation. 2. **Bio Sauna**: A milder sauna with lower temperatures (around 50°C to 60°C or 122°F to 140°F) and higher humidity. It’s gentler on the body and suitable for longer sessions. 3. **Herbal Sauna**: Infused with various herbs and essential oils, this sauna offers aromatic experiences along with the benefits of heat. Their Aromatic Pine Tree Ice Room smelled like Christmas 🎄 4. **Steam Bath (Steam Sauna)**: A humid environment with temperatures around 40°C to 50°C (104°F to 122°F). The high humidity is great for respiratory health and skin hydration. 5. **Infrared Sauna**: Uses infrared heaters to emit radiant heat, which is absorbed directly by the body. This type of sauna operates at lower temperatures and can be more comfortable for some users.
