#easyappetizers #whippedricotta #diprecipe #gamedayfood #partyappetizers #candiedbacon #tiktokviralrecipe #fyp Recipe: For Ricotta: 2 cups whole milk ricotta 1 tbsp olive oil (more for drizzling after plating) 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice 1/2 tsp sea salt For Bacon: 8 slices of bacon 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped 1-2 tsp brown sugar 1 tsp honey For Hot Honey: 1/3 cup honey 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper *** I did not measure the amount of pistachios or cranberries. Add as much as you want! 1.) Preheat oven to 400F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Combine bacon, honey, brown sugar & rosemary. Line on pan and sprinkle with cayenne pepper. Bake approximately 10 minutes or until crispy. 2.) Process ricotta, oil, lemon juice and salt a few minutes until smooth. Transfer to serving dish. 3.) Chop pistachios, bacon and cranberries. Set aside. Combine ingredients for hot honey. 4.) Drizzle ricotta with olive oil followed by hot honey. Top with cranberries, pistachios & bacon. Serve and enjoy!
