#tiramisucake #tiramisu  Ingredientes / Ingredients 6 huevos / 6 eggs 1 cdta de extracto de vainilla / 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 tz de azúcar / 1 cup sugar 1 cdta de polvo de hornear / 1 tsp baking powder 200 gr de harina de trigo / 1 ¼ cup all-purpose flour Para el almíbar: / For the syrup: 1 tz de azúcar glass / 1 cup sugar powder 1 tz de agua / 1 cup water 1 rodaja de limón / 1 slice lemon 1 cda de café instantáneo / 1 tbsp instant coffee + ½ tz agua / + ½ cup wáter 1 chorrito de ron / 1 splash rum Para la crema: / For the cream: 80 gr de azúcar glass / 2/3 cup (80 g) sugar powder 200 gr de crema de leche / ¾ cup (200 g) heavy cream 200 gr de queso crema o mascarpone / 7 oz or ¾ cup (200 g) cream cheese or mascarpone 1 cdta de extracto de vainilla / 1 tsp vanilla extract Preparación En un bowl batir los huevos -añadiéndolos de uno en uno- hasta espumar. Añadir el azúcar y el extracto de vainilla y batir un poco más. Incorporar la harina y el polvo de hornear -previamente unificados- con ayuda de una espátula. Llevar a un molde apto para horno. Colocar la mezcla en un molde de 18 cm y hornear a 180°C por 25 minutos. Por otro lado, en una ollita al fuego hacer el almíbar, colocando el azúcar glass con el agua y la rodajita de limón. Cocinar hasta que forme burbujitas. Reservar. Es momento de hacer la crema. Para esto, añadir a un bowl el azúcar glass, la crema de leche, el mascarpone o queso crema *(TIP: en caso de usar queso crema, se recomienda añadir un chorrito de jugo de limón para que parezca mascarpone)* y el extracto de vainilla. Batir hasta que resulte una mezcla cremosa y homogénea. Ahora, preparar el café instantáneo con agua caliente y un chorrito de ron. Esto se debe añadir al almíbar que se reservó anteriormente. Nos servirá para bañar la torta. Una vez que la torta haya enfriado, cortar en tres pedazos, y llevar un pedazo como base a un molde cubierto con papel manteca. Bañar la base con el almíbar de café y ron y cubrirla con la crema. Repetir este paso con los pedazos restantes. Cubrir con crema y con cacao en polvo -espolvoreándolo encima de la torta. Llevar mínimo 8 horas a frío en heladera y listo. ¡A comer!

When you long for decadent Chocolate Cake but simultaneously craving Tiramisu which helps you  create a recipe for New Year’s Eve that will start your 2025 just right!  Makes: 2, 6 inch cakes  Serves: 12 Ingredients: 1/4 cup or 4 tbsp room temperature butter 1/4 cup vegetable shortening 1 1/2 cups sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract  2 room temperature eggs 1 cup lukewarm milk 3/4 cup brewed coffee  1-3/4 cups flour 3/4 cup cocoa powder  1/8 tsp Diamond Crystal baking salt  3/4 tsp baking soda 3/4 tsp baking powder 4oz coffee to soak the cake  Icing:  8oz mascarpone cheese 1 cup powdered sugar 1 tbsp instant cappuccino powder 2 tsp vanilla extract  1 cup heavy cream  Instructions: Generously grease and line (two) 6’ inch 9’ inch round cake pans.  Preheat the oven at 350F.  Cream butter, vegetable shortening, sugar and vanilla until light and fully. Then add eggs. Now pour milk and coffee into the batter. Blend well. Time to combine flour, baking soda and baking powder. Gently spoon into the mixer.
