Ingredients: • 4 “everything” bagels (toasted & chopped) • 6 large eggs • 2 cups whole milk • 4 oz shredded Monterey Jack cheese (about ½ cup) • 4 slices cooked bacon (finely chopped) • 4 green onions (sliced) • ½ tsp salt • ¼ tsp ground black pepper Steps to Make: 1️⃣ Arrange chopped bagels in a 2- to 2½-quart baking dish. 2️⃣ In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cheese, bacon, green onions, salt, and pepper. Pour this mixture over the bagels, pressing them down slightly to submerge. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight. 3️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F. Uncover the dish and bake for 45–55 minutes, or until the center is set. 4️⃣ Cool for 15 minutes before serving.
