Whipped Feta with Garlic Confit Cherry Tomatoes 2 C cherry tomatoes 1 head garlic ½ C extra-virgin olive oil Fresh oregano & thyme Salt and pepper to taste Add all the ingredients to a baking dish and bake at 250°F for 1.5-2 hours. 1 C feta cheese ½ C Greek yogurt Roasted garlic from the confit 2 Tbs extra-virgin olive oil 1 Tbs lemon juice 1 Tbs fresh basil Salt to taste Whip up in a food processor till smooth and creamy. Plate whipped feta, top with confit tomatoes, the roasted herbs, then the roasted garlic. Garnish with a drizzle of the roasted olive oil, and hot honey. Use any remaining oil to brush onto bread and toast up for dipping 🫶🏻 #
