Not gonna lie, this year has been tough. Losing my hair was one of my worse nightmares that became reality. I know its strange, that till this day in age of my tsw journey, that I still think and worry about my physical apperance. But i do, it eats away at my soul. Even though the little progress i made is satisfying, I can’t help but think, what if this it it? These bald patches are never going to grow back in. Then what? I’ve been doing so much preparedness for the future because of the worry that maybe things do not turn out for the best. What is my plan B, C, D? This is something I’ve been lowkey doing with my skin sometimes. Like I need to be prepared for what happens when i stop dupixent next year. What if my life continue to fall apart.
