Add onions, celery, and sun dried tomatoes. Cook for 5 minutes or until softened stirring occasionally. Add garlic, stir, and cook until fragrant. - Add the Italian sausage, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks. Cook for 6-8 minutes, until the sausage is browned and cooked through. Stir in the dried basil, garlic powder, oregano, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and pepper. Cook for another 1-2 minutes.
