(1/17/25) This physical therapy exercise is a ‘Step Over’ and will help Dax strengthen his legs. Placing obstacles, like rolled-up towels or pool noodles, on the floor a body’s length apart and slowly walking over them forces Dax to deliberately lift each limb. Up and back is 1 rep and he’ll do 5 reps, 2-3 times a day. This, combined with a few other physical exercises, leg stretches, and longer walks are part of his PT until his next check up in February.
