I had the privilege of meeting a local salt maker and watching the intricate process firsthand. From collecting seawater to spreading it over the volcanic sand for evaporation, every step is done with care and patience. Bringing home a bit of this hand-harvested sea salt feels like carrying a piece of Bali with me. The flavor is pure, the texture is incredible, and knowing the effort behind it makes it even more special.
