75 Hard Challenge: Day 15 Update 💪✨ We’re officially on Day 15 of the 75 Hard Challenge, and I’m feeling strong and proud of the progress so far! I’ve been staying consistent—drinking my gallon of water daily, getting in my two 45-minute workouts (spaced at least two hours apart), and keeping my focus sharp. Most mornings, I start with an energizing workout at @otfmonroe_ , and in the evenings, I unwind with yoga or Pilates. I’ve realized that as I move forward, I want to incorporate more low-impact workouts like yoga and Pilates to protect my knees and shoulders, which have caused me issues in the past. This challenge isn’t just physical; it’s mental. Building discipline is key. For everyone telling me, “I couldn’t do it,” let me tell you—you can. It’s not about being perfect; it’s about showing up and taking it one day at a time. Every day I make it through, I remind myself: I did it! And if I can, you can too. This journey is teaching me how to create better habits, make better choices, and strengthen my mind. For example, I’ve given up alcohol—not because I had to, but because it’s part of the discipline, and honestly, I don’t even miss it.
