Long weekends mean potty training 🚽 I cannot believe it was three years ago, this weekend, that we potty trained the twins! And yes, I am still wiping poopy butts. Sharing my top five hacks that we didn’t read about in any of the books. For those of you that have been asking we did the “no pants potty training.” We rolled up the rugs, pumped them with fluids (more opportunites to pee), put our phones away and let them run around naked. It was exhausting, but so worth it! We started with just daytime potty training., and diapered them for nap and overnight. After many months, we phased out nap time diapers. And it was over a year before they were potty trained overnight. It’s possible they may have been ready sooner, but I was not ready to be washing sheets every single morning and in the middle of the night before heading off to work.
