Just woke up and made this… - If you are not working on your thoracic rotation then you are leaving a lot of spinal mobility gains on the table. - The stiffer the upper back becomes the more predisposed to injury you may become in the neck and low back. - This is known as the joint by joint theory. - Basically, when the upper back becomes stiff the lower back (lumbar spine) and neck (cervical spine) can become unstable. - Keep the body in motion as you age…ESPECIALLY the thoracic spine!
