This is a ONE POT BIRYANI using @Royal Brand Basmati Rice which is super easy to make & tastes delicious. You have to try it to believe it. All you need is - For biryani – • 2 tbsp ghee • 1 Bay leaf • 1 Inch Cinnamon stick • 1 Mace • 2-3 green cardamoms • 1 black cardamom • 1 cup sliced onions • 1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste • 1 Tbsp kashmiri red chili powder • 1 Tbsp Biryani masala • 1/2 Tsp Cumin powder • 1 Tbsp Coriander Powder • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder • Salt to taste • 1/2 cup curd • 1 cup chopped tomatoes • 1 Tbsp Chopped Coriander leaves • Few mint leaves • 200 gm diced paneer, grilled on tawa • 1/2 cup diced carrot • 1/2 cup diced french beans • 1 cup cauliflower florets • 1/2 cup green peas • 2 diced potatoes • 2 Cups rice, washed and soaked • Water, as required For topping- • Saffron milk • Fried onion • Coriander leaves • Mint leaves To serve- Raita, papad, mirch ka salan, laccha onions Method - 1. Heat ghee in a cooker and add in the whole spices. Once they turn fragrant, add in the onions and season with salt. Saute and once the onions turn golden, add in the ginger garlic paste. 2. Saute well, add powdered spices except biryani masala and cook for a few mins. 3. Then, add tomatoes and mix well. 4. Keep cooking and once the tomatoes soften, add curd and give a good mix. Add in biryani masala and all the veggies. 5. Mix well and add the paneer cubes, followed by rice. Spread it well and finally, add some salt, water, birista, chopped coriander leaves and mint leaves. 6. Finish with saffron milk and close the lid. 7. Cook for just one whistle and let the pressure release naturally. 8. Remove and serve hot! 9. Enjoy!
