You're gonna eat this Waffle Fry Cheeseburger Casserole and leave no crumbs.....it's just *that* good 🍟🍔 Ingredients: 1 (20-oz) bag of frozen waffle fries- I used Alexia seasoned waffle fries 1 lb ground beef 1 small yellow onion, diced 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 1/4 cup ketchup 2 tablespoons yellow mustard 2 tablespoons mayonnaise Salt and pepper, to taste 1 tablespoon olive oil ½ package of bacon, cooked roughly chopped Optional toppings: chopped pickles, tomatoes, or additional ketchup and mayo Instructions: Preheat your air fryer oven to 400 degrees. Air fry the waffle fries for 8–10 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden and crispy or bake as directed on the package. Be sure to flip the half way through baking. Preheat your oven to 375°F. In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Cook the diced onion for 2–3 minutes until softened. Add minced garlic and cook for another 30 seconds. Add the ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain any excess fat. Stir in ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise to completely coat the beef mixture. Let simmer for 1–2 minutes. Spread the cooked beef mixture evenly into a 9x13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the beef mixture. Arrange the crispy waffle fries on top of the casserole in an even layer. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the waffle fries followed by the bacon. Place the casserole in the oven for 5 minutes at 375°F—just enough to melt the cheese and heat everything through. Top with optional chopped pickles, diced tomatoes, and/or extra ketchup and mustard for an extra special cheeseburger flavor. Serve immediately while the waffle fries are still crispy! 🧑🍳: @Life and Sprinkles
