Here's your sign ⚠️ rest & move. Your mind and body require both. I know..... you're tired, burnt out, over stimulated...i know AND (more 💩 I know) 👇 . . The lack of movement (any mobility that you have access to) tends to make 99% of people feel worse. . . Didn't move much yesterday (thanks to bringe watching season 6 of Virgin River and my own disinterest in anything else) and when I woke up today I said two things, "Wow my shitty mood was definitely avoidable and wow does my body feel TIGHT!" . . Do something. Anything. . . You don't need to be a hero and go from zero to 1000, taking your dog for a much needed sprint around the neighborhood after a few weeks of business neglect. . . You need to walk to the end of the block and back. You need to stretch, maybe do a circuit or two, maybe 5 squats (or sit down in the chair and stand back up intentionally 5 times). That little act ...its a 🎁. I know I'm not alone in the zero to 1000 club. It's human nature at this point. But yoyoing because of burnout gets to be a thing of the past because you decide it to be so. Even if you're in a busy season. 😉 So....what will you choose today?
