do your glasses fog up when you’re wearing a mask? 👓😷 not only is this bad for visibility, but it also could be bad for your safety! 🚨 lets fix it: 👋 make sure you have a good top seal on your mask as your breath is most likely leaking out the top - there should be no gaps anywhere! 👋 upgrade your mask - ditch the unsafe fabric + surgical masks that don’t filter particles correctly! (I recommend 3M N95 Auras for most folks but I personally use kind masks KN95s as they fit my nose bridge/face shape better) 👋 use mask tape, a bandaid, or other body tape to help close this seal! 👋 place your glasses on top of your mask, not under! 👋 if you’re still having issues, use a defogging spray or wipe on your glasses (this is super effective but please ensure your seal is tight before defaulting to this!) and yes, I do find it overstimulating to have so many things on my face, but is not nearly as overstimulating as the long term health effects of getting sick, hospitalized, or living with long covid! 😷💚 stay safe, friends!
