Brushing off your car in the morning is the worst! •make & eat breakfast. •breakfast macros: 660 calories, 62.5 g protein, 23.7 g fat, 56.3 g carb 🌤Afternoon Routine: •choose a gym outfit. Look good, feel good! •gym time! •bicep and tricep day: dumbbell curl, dumbbell skull crusher, assisted dips, hammer curl, cable tri pull down with rope, cable bicep curl, push ups, cardio. •I love unwinding from a work out in the sauna while reading 🌃Night Routine: •taking my dog out for her night walk •eat a light protein filled dinner •dinner macros: 320 calories, 51.4 g protien, 7.3 g fat, 11.8 g carbs •skating down town with a friend!
