#turmericshots #wellnessshots #immunitybooster Turmeric Orange Shots Ingredients 3 navel oranges, peeled 2 lemons, peeled 1 (5-inch) piece of ginger, peeled 8 oz fresh turmeric, peeled 4 medium carrots, scrubbed and trimmed 2 tbsp honey Instructions Using a Juicer Feed the oranges, lemons, ginger, turmeric, and carrots through your juicer. Once juiced, stir in the honey until fully dissolved. Using a High-Speed Blender Chop all ingredients into smaller pieces. Add to the blender with 1/4 cup water to help blend. Blend until smooth, then strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer or nut milk bag into a bowl. Press the pulp to extract as much liquid as possible. Stir in the honey. Storage Pour the juice into sterilized 2-ounce jars with lids. Seal tightly and refrigerate. The shots will last up to 1 week in the fridge. Shake before drinking. Pro Tip: For an extra kick, add a pinch of black pepper to enhance turmeric absorption!
