After Luna’s death, I realized that, whether I liked it or not, I had entered a new chapter of my life—a chapter without her and a chapter with a fresh perspective. God did a serious recasting before the year ended, and as the protagonist of my own story, I’ve chosen to be more intentional about the person I am becoming and the life I am creating. Every day, I am learning to show up with love, healing, and trust—trusting that things are happening for me, not to me. The process isn’t always easy, but it’s teaching me to embrace presence, resilience, and gratitude in deeper ways. This season is one of intention, inner work, and embracing the unknown with open hands and an open heart. Gratitude fuels this journey, and I’m especially thankful for the tools and people that have shown up along the way. Huge gratitude to @Wilde House Paper for their Open Journal, which has been a steady companion in my daily reflections. This chapter feels different, but I’m here for it.
